Real Estate Sales & Carpet Cleaning
Sales Clean Includes: Sweeping, vaccuming and mopping all floos. Washing walls, toilets, vanity, sinks, tubs, showers, counter tops, install air fresheners bathroom and kitchen. Very affordable at just $.10/SqFt (min $150).
Carpet cleaning is done with a commercial grade carpet shampooing system & products... $.20/SqFt!
Roof Tarping/Window Boarding
Tarping roofs is done to HUD specifications... 9'x12' for $100 and 12'x16' for $175. All others, please contact us for a bid.
Window boarding to HUD specs: 1/2" plywood (windows) is $.75/inch, 5/8" plywood (doors/large windows) is $.90/inch and 3/4" plywood (garage doors, large windows) is $1.00/inch. For all others, small (< 2'x4') is $29, medium (2'x4' - 4'x4') is $39, and anything larger please contact us for a bid.
